This role is perfect for someone who has proven sales experience with boutiques and loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by driving results. We’re looking for an experienced sales executive that is positive, polished, proactive, and deeply committed to excellence. What You’ll Do● Grow and manage specialty store accounts nationwide.● Drive seasonal sales from outreach to appointments, follow-up, and closing.● Leverage your existing boutique relationships to open new stores and accelerate brand growth.● Own revenue targets and consistently work toward hitting and exceeding sales goals with a proactive approach.● Present collections with strong product knowledge and an elevated, confident selling style.● Maintain accurate tracking of interest, orders, and weekly performance.● Coordinate with internal teams on brand needs, showroom operations, and market calendars.● Deliver best-in-class customer service with quick responses, clear communication, and strong follow-through.What Makes You a Great Fit● MUST have 2–3 years of womenswear multi-line showroom experience selling to boutiques● Established boutique relationships and a proven record of growing a territory.● A natural, hungry salesperson — competitive, persuasive, and driven by results. Someone who does need hand holding but is self motivated to hit their goals.● High energy, positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go above and beyond.● Excellent communication and organization skills; strong attention to detail.● Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working across multiple brands.● A true A-player: dependable, proactive, adaptable, and consistently performing at a high level.● You’re an independent self-motivated driven sales person.
