Private equity fund FSI will acquire a controlling share in the business, increasing its holding to 73% from 41%. Investment group Katjes International will enter as a minority shareholder with a 27% stake. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. {Business of Fashion/paywalled}Net-a-Porter reportedly lays off at least 100 employeesNet-a-Porter and Mr Porter laid off at least 100 employees last Friday, Puck reported. The company is also said to have closed its in-house photo studios in London and the U.S., but will still operate one in Milan. The layoffs are part of an ongoing restructuring after Mytheresa acquired Yoox Net-a-Porter and formed the LuxExperience group last year. By brand, Miu Miu retail sales were up 35% and Prada’s fell by 1%. The Group also said it expects Versace, which it acquired in December, to incur operating losses in 2026. “With the acquisition of Versace, we welcomed a brand with incredible heritage and awareness; this new journey will demand respect, care and patience,” said Andrea Guerra, Group CEO, in a statement. {Prada Group}Victoria’s Secret sales rose 5% in 2025Victoria’s Secret reported net sales of $2.27 billion for Q4 2025, an 8% increase compared to Q4 2024. For its full-year 2025 results, the company saw net sales of $6.55 billion, a 5% increase compared to fiscal year 2024.
