Pre-sale begins March 24, with the brand officially launching on April 15. The product lineup includes Wash Cycle and Wash Cycle+ shampoos ($15) and Soft Serve and Soft Serve+ conditioners ($15), along with Get Rich ($20), a mask inspired by DIY treatments with avocado, coconut, banana extract and aloe vera, and Everything Serum ($18), made to protect hair from heat and humidity. {WWD/paywalled}Condé Nast sues Dogue for trademark infringementIn December, Condé Nast filed a lawsuit in federal court arguing that Dogue, a small canine fashion magazine, had infringed on its trademark for Vogue. Lawyers for the company wrote in their complaint that Dogue’s logo was “obviously intended” to confuse customers by suggesting a relationship between the magazines. Olga Portnaya, the editor in chief of Dogue, released the first print issue in 2021. In 2024, Vogue published a digital issue featuring celebrity dogs with a cover-style image with the title “Dogue.” Condé Nast also opposed Dogue’s trademark application, which Portnaya filed in 2022 and is still underway. {The New York Times/paywalled}Kering establishes dedicated jewelry divisionKering launched Kering Jewelry, a new entity to bring together Boucheron, Pomellato, Dodo and Qeelin, as well as Kering’s industrial capabilities, including the Raselli Franco Group. Jean-Marc Duplaix has been appointed CEO of Kering Jewelry, effective immediately. Kering Jewelry will function as “an integrated platform designed to support the growth of the Houses, building on their creative identities and the development of their iconic and High Jewelry collections,” Kering said in a press release. {Kering}Bondholders greenlight Saks Global’s five-year planSaks Global’s five-year business plan was approved by an ad hoc group of the company’s senior secured bondholders, so it has now secured access to an additional $300 million of the $1.75 billion in committed capital. This final tranche completes the pre-emergence financing package.
