Designed in Brooklyn and produced in limited runs, the collections are carried by international retailers including Moda Operandi and Net-a-Porter.OverviewJulietta is seeking a highly organized Production & Product Development Coordinator to support the development and production of core and seasonal collections.Julietta is a fast-growing, hands-on environment, and this role is suited for someone comfortable working in a dynamic setting and taking ownership of key processes.The position works closely with the founder and internal team to ensure sampling, production, and vendor communication run smoothly and on schedule. It requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple timelines across development and production.A key part of the role is supporting quality control and maintaining a clear feedback loop between the studio and production partners to ensure consistency across all products.This role offers significant exposure to all aspects of a growing jewelry business and the opportunity to take ownership of key production and operational processes.ResponsibilitiesProduction & Development CoordinationTrack sampling and production timelines across multiple stylesSupport the development process from initial samples through productionMaintain accurate product specifications and development notesEnsure all styles move forward on schedule and flag delays earlyFactory & Vendor CommunicationAct as the main point of contact between the studio, factories, and manufacturersCommunicate timelines, updates, and requirements clearlyProactively flag production issues, delays, or material shortagesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with production partnersQuality Control & Production FeedbackPerform QC checks on samples, components, and finished goodsIdentify and document production issues before items are shipped or usedMaintain a centralized log of product issues by SKU and batchCommunicate clear, actionable feedback to factories and production partnersTrack recurring issues and support improvements in future production runsMaterials & Production SupportOwn ordering of materials and components for productionTrack material usage and deliveriesEnsure materials are ordered on time to support production timelinesSupport organization of materials, samples, and production inventoryProduction Tracking & OrganizationMaintain and update production trackers and status sheetsEnsure all production and development information is accurate and up to dateSupport overall organization of the product pipelineQualifications2–5 years experience in production or product development (fashion or accessories preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsDetail oriented with strong follow-throughComfortable communicating with vendors and managing timelinesExperience working with overseas production is a plusProficiency in Google Workspace; experience working with Zedonk and production or project management systems like Basecamp is a plusDetailsLocation: Dumbo, Brooklyn, NYSalary: $65,000 – $72,000 depending on experienceVacation: 10 days PTOStart Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)This is an in-person role working from our Dumbo studio.BenefitsFlexible and supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow within a fast-growing brandSeasonal product allowance and employee discountClose exposure to product development, production, and brand buildingPaid time offTo apply, please send your resume and a short note outlining your experience with production, logistics, or vendor coordination to: [email protected]@shopjulietta
