Learn more about the agency at www.megamegaprojects.com.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Wholesale Account Executive in the Fine Jewelry division, based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with wholesale clients, driving sales, and developing strategies to expand brand presence. This role entails liaising with customers, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams, and pitching new collections to prospective buyers. The individual will also oversee order processing and ensure exceptional client service at all times.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Service to maintain and enhance client relationshipsWholesale and Sales expertise, including experience in presenting and selling within the fashion or jewelry marketsProficiency in Wholesale Lending and Underwriting for evaluating client needs and negotiating agreementsExceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience working with fine jewelry or fashion brands is highly preferredA proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targetsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environmentWhat we’re looking for:4+ years of wholesale sales experience in fine or fashion jewelry — this is non-negotiableAn established book of buyer relationships across independents and better retailersSomeone who is self-directed and ownership-oriented; we’re a small team and there’s no one looking over your shoulderStrong working knowledge of retail math and how to use it in a sales conversationExperience with NuORDER, Fashion GPS or comparable wholesale platformsWillingness to travel quarterly and attend market in NYCLocation: This is a hybrid role based out of our SoHo showroom.
