Jennifer Behr is seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce and Marketing Assistant to join a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate has a background in the luxury beauty and/or fashion industries. This role reports directly to the E-commerce and Digital Marketing Director.The Jennifer Behr studio is based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and committed to producing luxury handmade pieces in New York City. The design and creation of our product is the core of our business and we are looking for someone who can help to support our rapidly growing DTC Channels.Responsibilities:Website Content:Prepare flat image assets for all product launches, ensuring that we have the content we need ahead of time to ensure smooth product launchWork with Senior E-Commerce Manager to prepare for product launches – from website copy, model photography, product bulk uploads, etc.Assist with daily and weekly site merchandisingCoordinate with Senior E-Commerce Manager to update model imagery of core products where applicable in a consistent and timely mannerWork closely with Senior E-Commerce Manager to prepare seasonal shot lists ensuring we have enough assets for selling and content needs for the season
Organize physical samples and pack / unpack model and stylized laydown shoots
Coordinate with production to ensure all samples will be available for shoots

Maintain product catalog and feeds
Ad Hoc Website / E-Commerce audits and projectsMaintain and assist with upkeep of product data on 3rd party platforms such as Farfetch, Pinterest, etc.Technical:Daily website Q/A (technical and merchandising)Troubleshoot app integration issuesEmail/SMS:Assist E-Commerce Manager in content developmentSlice and schedule deliveryDigital Asset ManagementWebsite:
Name and save images for use across the business
Resize images as needed for each platform

Resize and organize paid ads
Brand Marketing / Press:Work with Junior Brand Manager to pull physical products for press and VIP product pulls and document sample movement sent out and received back to studioWork with Junior Brand Manager to track and send out press coverage to Jennifer Behr studioManage weekly and monthly reporting of social and press coverageAssist with gifting sendouts and requestsAssist with weekly commerce press pitching and launch news pitchingAssist with press and VIP appointments from setting up samples, putting samples away, attending appointments where neededAssist with lookbook creation from lookbook model photography to lookbook organization and designManage physical sample set and keep studio organization clean and tidyMarketplaces:Coordinate with Senior E-Commerce Manager to identify products for uploadCreate product feeds and ensure merchandise is syncing to each marketplace
Prepare and crop images
