This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining relationship management, revenue ownership, and team leadership.You’ll work closely with our retail partners to drive sales, introduce innovation, elevate in-store presence, and ensure our products are represented in a way that feels aligned, thoughtful, and impactful. From analyzing performance and identifying trends to supporting account strategy, co-op planning, and sales initiatives, you’ll play a key role in both the day-to-day and long-term success of our retail business.You’ll be instrumental in expanding our retail footprint while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with our existing partners. This role is essential to how we grow, helping shape how our brand shows up in the world, not just driving revenue, but ensuring every retail experience reflects who we are.What You’ll Do● Own the day-to-day management and performance of key retail accounts, ensuring strong relationships, consistent communication, and alignment across partners● Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, building trusted, long-term relationships and driving collaborative growth● Lead account strategy and identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve sell-through, and expand presence across accounts● Support overall account performance, including revenue tracking and financial health● Use sales insights and account data to monitor performance, inform decisions, and guide future planning● Keep a strong pulse on category trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities● Oversee order flow, forecasting, and overall account operations in partnership with Sales Operations● Build and manage account-level forecasts, working cross-functionally to ensure inventory and service levels are optimized● Support and lead new product launches, partnering with accounts to ensure strong sell-in and in-store execution, including new item setup and launch coordination● Ensure the brand is represented thoughtfully and consistently across all retail environments, including merchandising, assortment, and in-store presence● Partner on retail events, activations, and in-store moments that bring the brand to life and deepen customer engagement● Support omni-channel growth across both physical retail and e-commerce channels● Manage and mentor the Retail Account Coordinator, providing guidance, support, and oversight on day-to-day account needs and execution● Delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations across accounts while supporting team development● Track and analyze performance of key initiatives, launches, and promotions, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams● Support promotional planning and execution in partnership with retail accounts● Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution across all retail effortsWho You Are● 3-6+ years of experience in retail or wholesale account management. Bonus if you’ve worked with Target, Walmart, CVS or any relevant retailers.● Proficiency in IRI and related analytical tools is strongly preferred.● Experience in beauty, nails, skincare, or wellness is strongly preferred.● Strong relationship-building and communication skills.● A natural sense of ownership and accountability.● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.● A strong understanding of brand presentation and customer experience.● A leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.To Apply: Please send your resume to [email protected].@chillhouse
