For years, Fashionista’s annual Salary Surveys have provided invaluable transparency into what fashion jobs pay. And as the industry has evolved, so has our approach to evaluating the professional landscape. Our latest survey is focused on the broader realities of working in the fashion industry — job satisfaction, workload and overall happiness, in addition to money — across all kinds of roles.Take Working in Fashion: Fashionista’s 2026 SurveyIf you work in any sector of the fashion industry, we hope you’ll fill it out. Your valuable input will help us more accurately benchmark compensation and career satisfaction among fashion professionals, and encourage more transparent conversations about workplace conditions so that others know what to expect. The survey takes about three minutes and is completely anonymous. No names will be collected and responses will be reported only in aggregate, via a (free) report we’ll release this spring. (See last year’s findings here.)Take the Survey Here!Join hundreds of your industry colleagues (Gap Inc., KCD, Nordstrom, Marc Jacobs, PacSun and Tory Burch are just a few of the companies whose employees regularly participate) and share your experience. As a thank-you, if you’d like early access to the survey findings, you can provide your email address at the end of the survey. (This is entirely optional, and your email would be used only to share the survey results.)The survey will remain open until at least March 13, 2026.
