Aligne Daphne Waisted Blazer, $260, available here: “As someone who works in a creative field, I usually feel like a Business Women Special poser when I wear a tailored blazer. I like to dress it down with a pair of jeans and loafers or up with heels and flow-y silk pants.” —Steph

The ‘short’ length is perfect for my ‘short’ size. I like that it’s not a true ‘cropped’ sweatshirt but instead fits more like the brand’s original Japanese sizing. (Coincidence? Maybe not.)” —Dhani

Made from an alpaca-Merino boiled wool blend, it’s lightweight but warm, with a slightly fuzzy, nappy texture that feels special.
