We represent European clothing and accessories designers and are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as our Wholesale Fashion Showroom & Sales Coordinator.This hands-on role supports every aspect of our business—from showroom operations and wholesale sales support to customer service, trade show coordination, and social media management. This is a unique chance to learn every aspect of the wholesale fashion business, and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in wholesale fashion sales, showroom management, and brand development.Responsibilities• Receive, organize, merchandise, and maintain seasonal collections.• Prepare the showroom for buyer appointments and assist during market weeks.• Schedule buyer appointments and manage wholesale orders through JOOR, Order 41, Odoo, and other sales platforms.• Serve as the primary liaison between our brands and retail customers.• Provide exceptional customer service, including order tracking, problem-solving, and follow-up.• Assist with seasonal trade shows, including travel, booth setup, merchandising, logistics, and order collection.• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and showroom supplies. • Create engaging Instagram and TikTok content featuring new arrivals, styling inspiration, and behind-the-scenes moments.Qualifications• 2+ years of experience in wholesale fashion, showroom operations, sales support, and/or customer service required.• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.• Experience with JOOR, Order 41, Odoo, or similar wholesale order management systems is a plus.• Photography, video editing, and social media experience preferred (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).• Willingness to travel for seasonal trade shows.Who You AreYou’re passionate about fashion, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoy keeping things organized.
