This is not a comprehensive list of models we’ve tested. We have removed discontinued models and those that no longer meet our criteria.For domestic travelThe Anker A91C4 Power Strip and Anker A91C6 Charging Station each have three outlets, two USB-A ports, two USB-C ports, and a 5-foot cord. Unlike most models we tested, they come in two colors (black or white). However, they’re on the pricier side (they cost $50 and $40, respectively, as of this writing). Also, both models performed poorly in our surge tests, allowing more than 800 volts to slip through their defenses.The Anker A91C8 Power Strip has three outlets, a USB-A port, a USB-C port, and two built-in retractable USB-C cables. However, it’s on the bulkier side, and let more than 1,000 volts through in our testing.The Baseus E0307D Charging Station is relatively compact, and it has six outlets, three USB-C ports, and a USB-A port. However, it performed abysmally in our testing, letting through 1,400 volts.The CyberPower P405UC has four outlets, two USB-A ports, a USB-C port, and a 5-foot cord encased in nylon fabric. However, it’s not as easily packable as most models we tested, and its one-year warranty is on the shorter side.The Utilitech UTPBBUC032 is relatively compact, and it has six outlets, two USB-A ports, and a USB-C port. However, it let through nearly 700 volts in our testing.For international travelThe Bestek MRJ201GU-EU-P Voltage Converter has three outlets, four USB-A ports, and a removable cord. However, it showed no surge protection whatsoever in our testing.The Ceptics World Power Plug Adapter Set (PK8-WS), Ceptics World Travel Adapter Kit (WPS-2B+), and Ceptics World Travel Adapter Kit (WPS-5B) have two outlets apiece, and various USB ports. Also, the latter two models each have a short built-in USB-C cable. However, none of them demonstrated any surge protection in our testing.The Mogics Power Bagel (MPB-AB) has a retractable cord as well as an innovative design that allows you to pack up the international adapters inside the body of the unit. However, in our testing it didn’t provide any surge protection.The Tessan TS-WTA08, Tessan TS-WTA09, and Tessan TS-WTA10 are nearly identical units, all of which manage to fit two outlets, three retractable travel adapter plugs, and a handful of USB ports into a super compact body. However, all three models showed little to no surge protection capabilities in our testing.The Vintar Universal Travel Adapter Kit (USC1-2-2CU) has two outlets, two USB-C ports, a USB-A port, and six removable travel plug adapters.
