Responsibilities● Manage and grow our Faire business, including product listings, promotions, customer outreach, and order follow-up.● Maintain our RangeMe profiles, present products to potential retail buyers, and track outreach and responses.● Support TikTok Shop sales through product listings, promotions, content coordination, and creator or affiliate outreach.● Assist the owner with buyer communication, sales follow-ups, sample coordination, and order tracking.● Keep product information, pricing, customer records, and sales reports organized and accurate.● Help prepare line sheets, product presentations, and other sales materials.
What we’re looking for● Experience with e-commerce, wholesale sales, or sales support.● Hands-on experience with Faire, RangeMe, and/or TikTok Shop; experience across multiple platforms is strongly preferred.● Strong written communication and follow-through.● Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.● Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and follows opportunities through to completion.● An interest in fashion accessories, beauty, or wellness.
Additional skills that are a plus● Excel skills, including maintaining spreadsheets, pricing sheets, and sales reports.● Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.● Experience creating line sheets, editing product images, or preparing social media content.
